Walterscheid 087276 is a genuine SC25 PTO guard bearing slide ring, OEM 1087276, used in compatible Walterscheid size-25 protective guard assemblies. This standard slide ring provides the bearing surface that supports the protective PTO guard around the rotating driveline, allowing the guard to remain correctly positioned during operation.

The SC25 slide ring has a nominal 63 mm inside diameter (d) and a published 4 mm A dimension, designed for compatible Walterscheid yokes with an SC25 / size-25 protective-guard groove. The PG25 adapter slide ring (139178 / OEM 1139178) shares these nominal yoke-side dimensions and accommodates the same style of groove, but connects to certain PowerDrive protective guard assemblies instead of standard SC25 guard systems. Although both rings fit the same style of yoke groove, their guard-side connections are different, so they should not be substituted for one another without confirming the guard assembly.

Applications include compatible W2300, W2400 and W2500 standard non-CV PTO drivelines, along with selected WW2380, WW2480 and WW2580 wide-angle CV drivelines. On single-CV drivelines, this slide ring may be used at the standard non-CV joint end when equipped with the corresponding size-25 guard system. Walterscheid also specifies OEM 1087276 in compatible STH25, STFH25 and SCH25 protective guard assemblies. Other CV-joint and double-CV guard configurations require verification against the original assembly.

Before ordering, verify the original Walterscheid OEM number, 63 mm inside diameter, 4 mm A dimension, yoke guard groove and protective guard assembly. Matching the yoke groove alone does not guarantee that the slide ring will fit the existing guard, particularly when comparing standard SC25 and PowerDrive PG25 arrangements.
