At AftermarketFarm.com, we stand behind the quality of our parts. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most items, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Products must be in resalable condition with no signs of wear, damage, or modification.

  • Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-cut shafts or made-to-order parts

  • Electrical components (unless defective)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items returned without prior authorization

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@aftermarketfarm.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once approved, you may ship the item back using your preferred carrier.

Return shipping costs and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges if applicable (both original and return) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund (if eligible).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and item(s) for faster resolution. We will cover return shipping costs for items sent in error or damaged in transit.
