Shipping Overview

  • Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

  • We ship with UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, and freight companies for larger items.

  • We currently ship across Canada and the continental U.S. If you're in Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. territory, contact us before ordering.

  • You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

  • Oversized parts like complete PTO drivelines may require freight shipping. Make sure someone is available to receive and unload. A liftgate fee may apply for rural or residential delivery.

Return Overview

  • You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Custom-cut shafts, made-to-order parts, electrical items (unless defective), and clearance items cannot be returned.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours. Include photos of the packaging and item(s), and we’ll work with you to make it right.
