Shipping Overview

  • Most in-stock orders ship within 1โ€“2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

  • We ship with UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, and freight companies for larger items.

  • We currently ship across Canada and the continental U.S. If you're in Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. territory, contact us before ordering.

  • You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

  • Oversized parts like complete PTO drivelines may require freight shipping. Make sure someone is available to receive and unload. A liftgate fee may apply for rural or residential delivery.

Return Overview

  • You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Return shipping is at the buyerโ€™s expense unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Custom-cut shafts, made-to-order parts, electrical items (unless defective), and clearance items cannot be returned.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours. Include photos of the packaging and item(s), and weโ€™ll work with you to make it right.
