Walterscheid 155998 is a genuine 2500 Series PTO shear bolt clutch, OEM 1195598, also part 195598, featuring a 1-3/4" 20-spline Big 1000 PTO connection with a KF clamp-fastened locking system. This KB61/20 shear bolt torque limiter is designed for compatible agricultural PTO drivelines requiring overload protection.
The KB61/20 shear bolt clutch protects the driveline and connected equipment by interrupting power transmission when the specified torque limit is exceeded. During an overload or blockage, the shear bolt breaks to disconnect the drive and prevent damage to connected components. Operation can be restored by installing the correct replacement shear bolt.
This 2500 Series clutch has a rated shear torque of 480 daNm (4,800 Nm), a 142 mm overall length, and a 64 mm shear bolt radius. It uses an M12 × 60 mm grade 8.8 shear bolt and features a yellow-painted housing. The compatible 2500 Series PTO U-joint uses a 36 × 89 mm cross size (D1 × X).
