AIC Tillage AICT-1004 is a heavy-duty 27-inch universal coil harrow tine designed for compatible Gates, Degelman, Brandt, Bourgault, Rite Way and Summers heavy harrow equipment. Primary OEM references include Gates 120230, Degelman 143113 and Brandt B021751. This replacement tine may also be commonly referred to as a spring tine, harrow tooth or heavy harrow tine.
The AICT-1004 is manufactured from heavy 0.625-inch (5/8-inch) spring steel wire and is identified by an approximately 27-inch tine length measured from the center of the coil to the tip. Its double-spring design is commonly used across multiple heavy-harrow brands for residue management, soil leveling, seedbed preparation and field finishing.
The AIC Tillage AICT-1004 measures approximately 29.750 inches overall height and 12.600 inches overall width, with approximately 6.000 inches between the inner coil sections. Additional reference measurements include a 3.970-inch front-view coil height and approximately 4.430 inches across the coil in the side view.
